The weather decided to be very fickle today. At first, I thought it was going to be a perfect beach day (which we haven't had in a very long time in Sydney, even though it is summer!). By the time I got out of bed, it was overcast! We decided not to take the chance and went for brunch at Le Monde instead - it's on D's walking route to his new job.

Four lime pie
During Christmas last year, I attempted the same pie but added the zest and juice of four limes. It turned out very sour and very bitter. This time around, I decided to still have the juice of four limes but with only the zest of one. It turned out a lot less bitter and more delicious! You can find the easy recipe here. (Note: we didn't use key limes, but ordinary limes)
